Standard Shipping Rates for U.S. Deliveries

• $3.99 per shipment for orders with 1 or 2 items. Add an additional $0.50 per item for the each item over 2 (US dollars)

  Examples:

  • $3.99 for a one or two item order
  • $4.49 for a three item order
  • $4.99 for a four item order
  • $5.49 for a five item order

Priority and Expedited Shipping Rates for U.S. Deliveries

Rates are based upon order weight and destination. Rates are dynamically generated and displayed in the shipping screen when you "Checkout" from the Shopping Cart.

• $3.99 per shipment and $0.75 per item (US dollars)

  Examples:

  • $4.74 for a one item order
  • $5.49 for a two item order
  • $7.74 for a five item order
