International Customers

Customers outside of Canada and the United States must fill out the customer registration and address fields as follows:

• For the "State/Province" field, please leave it blank.
• Enter the state/province information as part of the "City".
• Select the right country from the "Country" field pull-down menu.

If your country charges a VAT (Value-Added Tax), you may be assessed that tax at your country's Customs Agency. You may be responsible to pay this charge before you receive your delivery.

Overseas/International Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping

• Typically one to two weeks for shipments into Western Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Two to six week delivery time for other locations.

Mail Priority Shipping

• Typically one week or less for Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Two to six week delivery time for other locations.
